Crowd Hub is a media strategy and mobile technology startup in San Diego, CA. It's positioned as the best solution for community-centered brands. Their client list includes everything from nonprofit organizations to Christian radio stations.

Focused Sales Communication
The sales process was redeveloped by my team. I helped implement and create:
- Restructured client databases and CRM organization
- Analyzed company sales performance
- Reformatted the sales pitch process
- Designed graphic-driven pitch decks
All of these things helped identify Crowd Hub's KPIs, streamlined lead generation, expedited the sales process.
Strategic Clarity
After focusing on the features of the products for the first year, it was time to refocus the pitch strategy and marketing message. I helped guide the approach into community-focused values.
- Copywriting for internal and external strategy
- Lead the strategy in new marketing designs (ex. flow chart below)

Graphic Design & User Experience research
The strategy behind our user experience changed when our strategy was overhauled to focus on communities. We needed to make our product match our newfound philosophies.
- Accumulated & studied secondary research in consumer psychology, UX trends, and human behavior
- Collaborated with company developers to implement designs
- Create design concepts & presentations
This resulted in contributions to the new mobile app build that left the current clients highly satisfied.
Project Management & Content Strategy
I was in charge of early concepts for clients as well as spec work for potential partners. I also was in charge of our new community platform that was to connect with social media and anyone interested in communities: Community IQ
We worked directly with the CEO to come up with the idea for Community IQ, incorporating the months of research we did when restructuring the Crowd Hub strategy.
- Coordinate internal resources for project execution
- Assist in project conceptualization, strategic development, and design
- Designed site layouts and mock ups for clear communication
- Manage project content strategy and content input
- Assist in the defining project scope and objectives, involving all relevant departments and ensuring feasibility
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress, while managing changes to the project scope, project schedule
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
